If you grew up in South Texas, then you probably remember attending a party with a colorful piñata filled with candy. But piñatas aren’t just for kids parties! It turns out that a lot of couples these days choose to have a piñata at their wedding simply because it’s fun and it’s another activity that gets guests off their feet.

You can choose to fill the piñata with candy, lottery tickets, or plastic liquor bottles. There are also a lot of companies that make customizable piñatas with your initials or any shape that you want.
