CALL FOR PHOTOS! Please send us some of your favorite images to be considered for the October issue of The One! You have until Friday, August 12th, end of day. The theme of the October issue is GLAMOUR! Show us the bling! We want to see over-the-top style and photos!BE A PART OF OUR 2-PAGE FEATURE ARTICLE!

Answer this question: What does GLAMOUR mean to you? Please relate the question to weddings and submit one of your photos that is the epitome of glamour to be used in the article. This article is in addition to the style spread and will include quotes and photos from all of the submissions. Deadline is August 12th.

GROOM’S GUIDE: Our groom’s guide article for the next issue is on Tuxedo Style. If you have some extra-special images of guys in tuxes, we want to see them! Have any personal suggestions about dealing with a tux? Let us know!

CALL FOR WEDDING SPOTLIGHTS! Were you a vendor or a part of a fabulous, glamorous wedding? We want to feature it in The One! To be a featured wedding, the Bride and Groom must fill out our spotlight questionnaire after the wedding (click here to download the form) and then we choose the photos, preferably from the photo proof web site. Featured weddings can be from any time, but we prefer weddings that coordinate with the season (October through January) and our theme – GLAMOUR!

There are quite a few of you that we have never heard from or rarely hear from. Submitting photos for the Style spread is a great way to get free publicity for your business and we love to mix it up and feature different photographers. Many brides choose their photographer based on what they see in The One! Don’t miss out!

Please get your photos, announcements, wedding spotlight submissions, new advertisements, artwork and other contributions to us by this date so that we can design and assemble the magazine in a timely manner.

Why give you a color forecast? We love to see what the upcoming trends are for the season and love to share this info with you. Also, we design our “tools” pages from this color palette, so if you have some images that fall in line with these colors, great! (however, we welcome all submissions, regardless of color scheme).
