“Yellow” by Coldplay
Since, Coldplay’s 6th album, Ghost Stories came out earlier this month, I thought it’d be perfect to share one of their songs. The song “Yellow” is easily one of their classics. I think it’s a great first dance song for a Bride and Groom.
I have always loved Coldplay. They are one of those bands that people either hate or love. A lot of people dislike them because they might feel like their music is too simple but I think this is exactly what makes them so good. They’re in the same vein as U2 with their beautiful anthems.The song is so understated and beautiful all at the same time. Chris Martin’s dreamy voice is a perfect combination when paired with the sweet lyrics. When people think of a Coldplay love song, they think of “Yellow”.
