February 2025 issue now on stands!

If we had to describe this issue in one word it would be PASSION. From the abundance of beauty in our cover shoot, to the emotion jumping off the pages with our featured couples, to our sweet parting shot moment on the last page, passion is in abundance in our winter/spring issue of The One Bride Guide. The other thing we couldn’t help but notice was a sense of community. You can feel the connection and love these bridal parties have for their friends and families. It fills our hearts with joy to feel the love through these great images. We hope you enjoy! Don’t forget to tell your vendors you saw them in The One!

Meet Our New Intern!

Hey, Everyone!

I’m excited to introduce myself as the new intern at The One Bride Guide! My name is Ashley Arevalo and I am a marketing student at TAMUCC. I LOVE fashion and adore animals. I started my own clothing company called Lovaare (pronounced luh-vair) in 2012 so when I’m not looking at cute pictures of puppies online, or obsessing over a show on Netflix, you’ll find me brainstorming new designs for the latest collection.

I’ve blogged about fashion and pop culture in the past so taking on bridal and wedding topics will be a little change of pace. With that said, I hope I can provide a new insight to help you all with ideas for your big day!

The February issue has arrived!

The February 2014 issue has arrived! We are very excited to have the new issue on stands this week! For the issue cover, we had planned an entirely different cover but with several weather cancellations, it was not meant to be (yet). I’m sure your wondering who is this beautiful woman on the cover? Her name is Jessica Hoover, and the photo is by Leslie Castro and Ryan Gray of Deux Boheme! Deux Boheme has provided outstanding covers for The One in the past and this cover fits so perfectly for the February Issue. In the end, everything worked out and we hope you all enjoy the cover as much as we do!

What can you expect to see in this issue? You will notice new advertisers, such as the Omni Corpus Christi Hotel, Island Day Spa, Downtown Grill Steaks & Seafood, and the Orchid Tea Garden. Fantastic photos, thanks to all of our contributing photographers, especially our photography advertisers: Fonzie Munoz, Diane Loyd, New Wave Photography, Big Box Pro Video Productions, and D&P Photography. 5 Wedding Spotlights, including one that was a DIY Wedding.
